What data we process and why

This website has no forms and does not collect personal data. Any data you give us by phone, WhatsApp, email or at the school (your name, ID, phone number and whatever the traffic authority requires) is used to manage your enrolment, your classes and your exams.

Legal basis

The training contract we sign with you and our legal obligations to the Spanish traffic authority (DGT).

Retention

While you are a student and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at the school or by writing to admin@capellautoescoles.com. You may also file a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority.
